          Do I need to prepare anything before coming to therapy?

          Not at all. Just come as you are. Some clients like to jot down a few notes about what’s been bothering them or goals they want to achieve, but it’s completely optional. The session is designed to make you feel comfortable and supported from the start.

          How long does a therapy session last?

          Each session typically lasts 50–60 minutes, but session length may vary based on the type of therapy and individual needed.
